In Europe :

Few regions should be preserved from the heat, omnipresent in July, especially from the east of the continent to the north of France. The midsummer heat is even expected over Turkey, Greece and the Balkans. Only the north of Scandinavia may know a slight thermal deficit. Precipitations should be in deficit from the south-east of the continent to the north of France, the British Isles and Iceland. On the other hand abundant thunderstorms rains are expected over the west of the Mediterranean coast, which is quite unusual for this period of the year. Excesses of precipitations are expected over the extreme north-east of Europe.

In France :

July should be a beautiful month since a thermal excess is expected over the two northern thirds of the country. The hottest temperatures should be moderate but very frequent. Rains should be in deficit over the north of the Loire River, and in excess over the southern regions. Thunderstorms could be quite rare but intense. Sunlight should be everywhere.
